Pricing Policy

Welcome to Meticulous Maid Magic LLP ("we", "us", "Maid4U"). This Pricing Policy explains how we set, present and change prices for services and products booked on maid4u.in. Please read carefully — by using our services you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all services and goods provided directly by Meticulous Maid Magic LLP through maid4u.in, including but not limited to Domestic Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-in/Move-out cleaning, Ironing, and Special Services. If a service is provided by a third party partner, the partner’s pricing terms also apply and will be disclosed at booking.
2. How Prices Are Determined
- Base rates: Prices start from our published base rates and are determined by service type, property size, number of staff required, time required, and any special requests.
- Custom quotes: For complex jobs (e.g., large commercial properties, heavy deep-clean requirements, or one-time specialized services) we provide a written quote prior to confirmation.
- Materials & equipment: Unless otherwise specified, standard cleaning supplies are included. Additional materials or rentals (e.g., specialist chemicals, machines) will be charged separately and noted on the booking invoice.
3. Displayed Prices
All prices displayed on the website or mobile app are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise indicated and reflect the price at the time you view them. Displayed prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the page — we will clearly indicate whether taxes (e.g., GST) and service fees are included.
Note: Where prices are shown as 'starting from', the final price will depend on the specific service details you select at booking.
4. Taxes, Service Charges & Fees
- GST and other taxes: All applicable taxes (such as GST) are applied to services per Indian tax law. The applicable tax rate will be shown on your invoice.
- Service fees: We may apply a nominal service or platform fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs. This fee will be disclosed during checkout.
- Travel or surge fees: For locations outside our standard operating area, or during peak demand hours, additional fees may apply; these are disclosed prior to booking.
5. Payment & Billing
- Accepted methods: We accept UPI, major credit/debit cards, net banking, and authorized third-party wallets as displayed at checkout. Cash payments may be accepted in-person by agreement — please confirm before service.
- Invoice: A digital invoice will be emailed after booking confirmation and again after service completion. The invoice will break down service cost, materials (if any), taxes and other charges.
- Advance & full payment: Some services require an advance deposit at booking (e.g., 20–50%). The requirement will be shown during checkout. Final payment (if any) is due on or before service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Discounts, Coupons & Promotions
- Discounts and promo codes offered by Maid4U are subject to their individual terms (expiry dates, applicable services, single-use limits, etc.).
- We reserve the right to limit or withdraw any promotion that is misused or used in bad faith.
- Combinability: Promotions may not be combinable with other offers unless expressly stated.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
- Customer cancellations: If you cancel prior to the service start time, refunds are issued per the following schedule unless a non-refundable deposit was taken:
- Cancel ≥48 hours before: full refund (minus payment gateway fees, if any).
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund of service price.
- <24 hours before or no-show: no refund (unless otherwise agreed).
- Service cancellations by us: If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
- Refund processing: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Disputes: If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will investigate and may offer partial or full refunds, re-service, or credit at our discretion.
8. Price Changes & Updates
We may update prices to reflect changes in operational costs, taxes, labor costs, or market conditions. Price updates take effect immediately on maid4u.in and do not affect bookings already confirmed (except when additional costs are incurred due to customer changes after confirmation).
9. Quotes & Estimates
Written quotes provided by Maid4U are valid for the period stated in the quote (typically 14–30 days). A quoted price will remain binding only if the job details remain unchanged. Any change in scope may result in a revised quote.
10. Price Errors
In the rare event of a pricing error on our site or communications (e.g., typographical errors), we reserve the right to correct the error. If you have already booked at an incorrect price, we will notify you promptly and give you the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
11. Third-Party Services
For services supplied by third-party partners, their fees and refund policies may apply. We will disclose when a third party is involved and will pass through the partner’s pricing details at checkout.
12. Service-specific Terms
Certain services (e.g., one-time deep cleans, post-construction cleaning, pest-treatment add-ons) may have separate minimum charges, minimum hours, or staff requirements. Any such conditions will be shown on the service page and in your booking confirmation.
13. Currency & International Bookings
All prices on maid4u.in are quoted in INR. For international payments (if accepted), exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We may revise this Pricing Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top will reflect the last update. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
16. Legal & Limitation of Liability
Prices and payments are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Except where prohibited by law, our liability for pricing errors, refunds, or billing disputes is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
